Billing & refunds
For Pro subscription issues (failed payment, refund request, switch between monthly and yearly, cancel) you can also self-serve through the Stripe portal — sign in at /account and click "Manage billing." Same flow Stripe gives you for any subscription.
Refunds are issued at our discretion for any reasonable case (you upgraded by accident, the service was down when you needed it, you're unhappy after a few days). Email us — we don't fight refund requests.
Data deletion
Want your account and all your maps deleted? Email support@geoclip.xyz from the address you signed up with, subject line "Delete my account." We'll remove your account, your draft and published maps, your Stripe customer record, and your hosted map files from R2 within 30 days. Read the full path in the Privacy Policy.
Security disclosure
Think you found a vulnerability? Email support@geoclip.xyz with subject "Security." We'll get back to you fast. We don't have a bounty program yet, but credit + a free year of Pro for any legitimate finding is on the table.
The slow stuff
